Rob was born in Washington D. C. on December 12, 1956 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1983. He has been admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and all Kentucky Courts. Rob is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville College of Law. He is a member of the Franklin County and Kentucky Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He practices law in the areas of Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Estates and Probate); Civil and Personal Injury; Litigation; Utility; Business, Environmental, OSHA; and Administrative Law. Rob currently serves as the President of the Franklin County Bar Association, is a past member of the Kentucky Bar Foundation, and is a Kentucky Bar Fellow. He is also a co-author of “Kentucky Civil Practice at Trial- Post- Trial Proceedings.” Rob is also the City Attorney for the City of Frankfort, Kentucky.
